Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: EUR 2400-2600 monthly gross

What you will do
- Respond to and resolve service desk tasks via MS Teams, ticketing system, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while tracking resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and gaming consoles.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and processes; develop manuals and guides.
- Handle procurement, vendor communication, and provide basic user training.
Requirements
- Experience in service desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams.
- Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and Intune beneficial.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Lithuanian or Russian language knowledge.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SCCM, PowerShell, Linux, access management, or video surveillance.
