TL;DR

Service Desk System Administrator (IT Support): Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users with an accent on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and user guidance. Focus on documenting incidents, escalating complex issues, and ensuring IT security compliance.

Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: EUR 2400-2600 monthly gross

What you will do

  • Respond to and resolve service desk tasks via MS Teams, ticketing system, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while tracking resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and gaming consoles.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and processes; develop manuals and guides.
  • Handle procurement, vendor communication, and provide basic user training.

Requirements

  • Experience in service desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams.
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and Intune beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Lithuanian or Russian language knowledge.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SCCM, PowerShell, Linux, access management, or video surveillance.
