What you will do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs for high-impact applications.
• Deliver production-ready code for a 24/7 sports betting environment.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance and performance tuning.
• Triage and resolve production issues with urgency to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical execution with product goals.
• Mentor peers and drive quality standards through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in object-oriented backend development using C#.
• Proven success designing and building scalable distributed systems in AWS or GCP.
• Advanced proficiency in writing automated test suites including unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers.
