What you will do

• Contribute to the architecture of high-load services and evolve the existing C#/.NET Core codebase.
• Build new product features and integrations, including AI-driven layers for voice, real-time interaction, and future video/emotion recognition.
• Design and operate asynchronous pipelines using RabbitMQ, ensuring delivery guarantees and idempotency.
• Optimize MS SQL schemas and queries for high-load environments.
• Influence technical decisions and maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial C#/.NET development, including 2+ years of production experience with .NET Core.
• Proven experience with distributed systems and high-load environments.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred) and MS SQL Server.
• Fluent Russian language proficiency.
• Availability to work within the CET (±2) time zone.
