What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, production-grade ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of ML models from experimentation to production.
• Translate data science prototypes into robust, maintainable ML services.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated retraining workflows for ML systems.
• Optimize inference pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Expert-level Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of MLOps practices including model versioning and experiment tracking.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including testing and code reviews.
