What you will do

• Take full ownership of product features from initial design through to final production.
• Solve complex scalability and performance problems in a high-load environment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to deliver customer value.
• Optimize performance, stability, and scalability across the product portfolio and supporting tools.
• Mentor team members and advocate for engineering best practices within the organization.
• Share expertise with the tech community via conferences, blog posts, or open-source contributions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong server-side development skills and solid system design/architecture expertise.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency, mission-critical distributed systems.
• Experience working with large-scale production databases.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor peers.
