What you will do

• Perform daily manual tasks related to customer order management
• Schedule customer orders within the SAP system ensuring accuracy
• Generate and review reports including incompletions and MOLV data
• Manage workflows such as line cancellations and PO CPN entry
• Reconcile stock data in master files and maintain master data accuracy
• Provide administrative support to Customer Supply Representatives

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Ability to process high volume of data efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or College Degree
• Experience with SAP is preferred
