What you will do

• Oversee disruption management and recovery procedures at Budapest Airport based on EU261/2004 regulations.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates and provide information during delays, reschedules, or cancellations.
• Distribute water and meal vouchers to passengers during flight disruptions.
• Supervise hotel arrangements organized by the Ground Handling Provider.
• Perform real-time monitoring of airport operations to support Ground Operations needs.

Requirements

• Active university or college full-time student status in Hungary.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
• Ability to work 7-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, from morning until late evening.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining diplomatic.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in airport operations or customer care areas.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
