What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor for customers, driving the full success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines to transform telemetry data within customer organizations.
  • Establish relationships with senior stakeholders and management to drive success plans and KPIs.
  • Drive the adoption and expansion of existing and new telemetry use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Mentor and coach other members of the Customer Experience organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in post-sales customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Deep technical understanding of Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Proven experience managing data pipelines throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Track record of working with large complex enterprises in high-growth environments.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an administrator or architect for platforms like Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success Platforms such as GainSight or PlanHat.
  • Working knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Previous experience working in remote-first environments.
