What you will do

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and in-app networks.
  • Take full ownership of app unit economics, including LTV, CAC, and retention metrics.
  • Distribute and manage acquisition budgets to align with revenue targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design teams to iterate on high-converting creative assets based on performance data.
  • Monitor daily KPIs and conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile user acquisition for B2C products.
  • Deep expertise in managing Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and optimize LTV and CAC.
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and A/B testing.
