What you will do

• Manage tactical planning, execution, and reporting for multi-channel campaigns including Digital, Search, Social, TV, Radio, OOH, and Print.
• Lead the RFP process by developing partner consideration sets and managing negotiations and vendor contracts.
• Utilize media tools such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Datorama, and Tableau.
• Perform weekly pacing and monitoring of campaign performance to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop media approaches and integrate creative assets through cross-agency timelines.
• Mentor Assistant Buyers and review their work as the first gatekeeper.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a media investment/buying role across online and offline channels.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency with media platforms including Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, and Tableau.
• Strong project management skills, specifically in RFP development and campaign trafficking.
• Effective communication skills for managing vendor relationships and articulating media strategies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
