What you will do

• Lead and drive scientific statistical methodological expertise to impact the company portfolio.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for biometrics processes, SOPs, and statistical tools.
• Provide statistical support for early/late clinical developments, post-marketing, and RWE studies.
• Drive innovative trial designs to improve efficiency in a fast-changing environment.
• Represent the company externally in industry, academic, and regulatory forums.
• Collaborate with the Biostatistics Leadership Team to set vision and execution strategies.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Expertise in statistical methodology, industry trends, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts at the executive level.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify employer).
