What you will do

• Partner with managers in Global Supply Chain and Global Sourcing on competence and organizational development.
• Manage labor law issues, exits, and the establishment of formal HR structures within the organization.
• Serve as a member of the Global Supply Chain management team to deliver functional strategy and goals.
• Coach and challenge business leaders on people issues, prioritization, and strategic change.
• Drive cross-functional HR projects across the Operations domain.
• Foster a positive and open working environment aligned with Axis Core Values.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-growing international environment.
• Hands-on expertise in recruitment, career development, organizational development, and labor law.
• University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to work on-site at the Lund HQ.
