What you will do

• Own the AI developer stack, managing IDE extensions and evaluating next-generation agentic coding tools.
• Partner with Software Engineering to implement workflows for autonomous debugging and refactoring.
• Build and manage a governed internal platform providing scientists and researchers secure access to LLM APIs.
• Collaborate with Security and Data Governance to ensure AI tools prevent exposure of proprietary source code.
• Establish standardized coding practices and version control for AI-generated scripts.
• Represent the AI Coding Platform on the cross-functional AI governance team alongside legal and technical leads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience with a focus on AI, machine learning, or technical platform management.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML systems and LLM-based platforms.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and modular AI system design.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Experience in regulated industries, such as Life Sciences (preferred).
