What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality assurance at the source using automation.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, component, and end-to-end functional testing.
• Conduct performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify bottlenecks.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD tools to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Develop test scripts and data conditioning strategies for complex payment application scenarios.
• Act as a primary point of contact for test engineering activities on assigned client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, and development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Groovy.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies including TDD, BDD, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, API testing (RESTful), and database performance analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Chengdu, China.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in developing automated testing strategies.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL for database-level testing.
• Knowledge of payment card industry security standards.
