Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid role with 3 days/week in Boston office, or Remote/On-site options available per Flex policy).

What you will do

• Design and operate the agent memory layer, managing personal and organizational knowledge retrieval.
• Define and steward the persona system to ensure consistent agent voice and boundaries.
• Curate a catalog of atomic tools and higher-order skill compositions for agent workflows.
• Build and deploy flagship AI agents for high-value enterprise use cases using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Establish enterprise standards for agent orchestration, prompt libraries, and response quality.
• Drive consistency in conversational UX, including citation patterns and error handling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or advanced analytics.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in NLP systems, AI agent development, or conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong experience with cloud AI platforms such as Snowflake Cortex or Databricks AI.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences data environments.
• Familiarity with agent evaluation tooling like Braintrust, LangSmith, or Ragas.
• Experience with model fine-tuning, distillation, or domain adaptation.
