What you will do

• Provide comprehensive support to front office staff regarding client suitability matters.
• Serve as the central point of contact for tool- and process-related topics within the region.
• Prepare monthly control result reports at both market and group levels.
• Assess control results from the 2nd Line of Defense and identify patterns for management discussion.
• Define and drive suitability-related training and awareness initiatives.
• Lead change management activities and represent the region in global suitability projects.

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or higher education degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Private Banking.
• In-depth knowledge of suitability processes, tools, and risk management principles.
• Fluent English required; German and French are considered strong assets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work systematically and precisely under pressure.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in leading cross-functional sessions or workshops.
