What you will do

• Conduct advanced statistical work for clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world data investigations.
• Author Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), TFL shells, and key study reports.
• Represent the Biostatistics function within clinical trial teams to provide technical guidance.
• Develop statistical sections of protocols, including sample size estimates and randomization plans.
• Collaborate with statistical programming and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Contribute to regulatory interactions, clinical study reports, and scientific publications.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 3 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• In-depth experience with SAS and R statistical software.
• Demonstrated understanding of advanced statistical methods used in drug development.
• Strong critical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Boston, MA to fulfill hybrid or on-site requirements.
