What you will do

• Develop and execute scientific strategies for DMPK-BA across discovery and clinical development.
• Lead and mentor DMPK-BA teams across Boston and Seattle sites.
• Integrate PK, ADME, bioanalysis, and translational PKPD data into program decision-making.
• Collaborate with Biology, Preclinical Safety, Clinical Pharmacology, and CMC disciplines.
• Ensure scientific excellence and regulatory compliance for INDs and marketing applications.
• Contribute to global resource allocation, budgeting, and business development reviews.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 15+ years of industry experience at the management level.
• Extensive experience with biotherapeutic modalities (protein, antibody, cell/gene therapies).
• Proven track record of managing DMPK-BA teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and interacting with health authorities.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on talent development and cross-functional influence.
