Principal Quantitative Pharmacologist (Pharmacometrics)

Location: Tarrytown, New York, United States; 4 days per week onsite

Salary: $150,500–$245,500 annually

What you will do

• Design and conduct sophisticated quantitative pharmacometrics analyses supporting development programs and longer-term development strategies.
• Serve as a PMx program representative and communicate complex results clearly across development teams.
• Author pharmacometrics contributions to regulatory documents, briefing documents, study reports, and submission materials.
• Prepare accurate tables, figures, and presentations for senior management.
• Perform additional analyses and represent PMx at pre-IND, Type C, pre-BLA, and other health authority meetings.
• Share scientific ideas and contribute to mentoring PMx staff.

Requirements

• PhD with 5+ years of experience, or an MS degree with relevant industry experience.
• Advanced pharmacokinetics, advanced pharmacological principles, and non-compartmental analysis experience.
• Ability to independently draft and review clear, accurate scientific and regulatory documentation.
• Availability to work onsite in Tarrytown, New York 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with exposure-response analysis, translational modeling and pharmacology, nonlinear mixed-effects modeling, logistic regression, survival analysis, Bayesian approaches, disease modeling, or QSP.
