Associate Director, Contract Analytics (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead internal cross-functional contract meetings including reviews of pre-deal and post-deal analytics.
• Develop proactive ROI analyses for contracting opportunities and evaluate performance on executed agreements.
• Present concise analyses and recommendations for leadership to support decision-making around contracting opportunities.
• Translate pricing strategy into prospective payer contracting concepts and archetypes for leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain brand-specific ROI models and contract assessment assumptions.
• Support Payer Access, Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), and GTN team by assessing the impact of formulary changes.

Requirements

• Understanding of key Payer and customer segments relevant to brand products and the US Reimbursement System across major Payer segments (Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal).
• Capable of fostering relationships, building alignment, negotiating, and collaborating with home office and field teams.
• Deep understanding of the US Market Access environment, including the payer landscape, role of PBMs, Hospital GPOs and IDNs, medical coverage policies, and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of traditional and innovative contracting approaches.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain organizational awareness of various projects and work streams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in Strategic Pricing, Payer/Provider Contracting, HEOR, and/or GTN analytics within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Insurance Industry.
• PC literacy required: MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
