What you will do

• Perform triage, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting on handheld tablets and server-based gaming equipment.
• Conduct modular component repairs for tablet and PC electronics.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and hardware status using spreadsheets.
• Handle, lift, and move equipment safely across production and stores departments.
• Collaborate with customer service and stores teams to support cross-departmental operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Hull, UK
• Basic understanding of software and hardware systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve technical problems under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• IT, Electronic, or Electrical related qualifications.
• Full driving license.
