TL;DR

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale backend services and supporting infrastructure tools.
• Participate in architectural definitions with a high degree of innovation.
• Create automation and tooling to improve system scalability and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to solve complex customer scenarios.
• Research new tools and services to propose innovative features.
• Operate in an agile environment with a DevOps approach, including on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang (primary language).
• Basic proficiency in React for frontend tasks.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven track record of delivering production code in an Agile environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
• GitHub Admin experience and CLI tool development in Go.
• Experience mentoring engineers and upskilling team members.
• Knowledge of async programming, streams, and event-driven architecture.
