What you will do
- Guide customers through the implementation of the solution.
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address customer requirements.
- Resolve critical product issues and develop solutions to minimize resolution time.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to share resolutions with the team.
- Work a set schedule of Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Berlin time.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
- Proficiency in Windows (registry, services) and working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ZenDesk or other CRM ticketing software.
- Previous experience with IT software.
