What you will do

• Develop and execute the local brand strategy in alignment with medical, sales, and access teams.
• Drive omnichannel customer engagement by designing and implementing effective communication campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional brand teams to ensure execution excellence and monitor competitive landscapes.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), HCPs, and patient advocacy groups.
• Develop promotional materials and educational programs for patients and injectors.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Post-graduate qualification in Science/Medical and Business/Marketing.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with specialized or hospital products.
• Strong knowledge of specialty markets with complex science and reimbursement structures.
• Experience working within strict regulatory compliance guidelines.
