What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack engineers and QA.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture design to production deployment.
• Contribute hands-on to backend (.NET) and frontend (React/Angular) development.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into development workflows and product features.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture and promote modern practices like CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams of 4+ members.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-load or gaming industry environments.
• Deep knowledge of observability and system performance tuning.
