What you will do

• Ensure the performance and reliability of mission-critical trading infrastructure by resolving bottlenecks across compute, network, and storage layers.
• Operate and improve highly available, low-latency systems under global trading load using automation and self-service tools.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to handle real-time operational incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Utilize observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana to monitor performance trends and detect anomalies.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible to scale systems efficiently.
• Implement robust security practices, including IAM and secure CI/CD pipelines, to support high-trust production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles focused on high-performance, production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and AWS cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with containerized workloads and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Must be available for rotational on-call support.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto trading environments (CeFi/DeFi).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices.
• Experience with supply chain security and secrets management.
