What you will do

• Design and implement a GitOps-driven operating model and Everything-as-Code approach.
• Build and maintain scalable Environment-on-Demand capabilities on AWS.
• Develop self-service tooling and automated CI/CD/CT pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient, secure, and observable cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate monitoring, testing, and security compliance into modern cloud-native workflows.
• Improve developer experience through reusable platform capabilities and automation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitOps practices and tooling such as Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and Argo Events.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Cloud and reusable modules.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments (EKS, Docker, Helm).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD engineering using GitHub Actions and pipeline-as-code.
• Solid AWS platform knowledge including EKS, RDS, Kafka, S3, Lambda, and VPC networking.
• Proficiency in automation and integration tooling using TypeScript, Python, Bash, or Groovy.

Nice to have

• AWS or Kubernetes professional certifications.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing frameworks.
• Experience building developer platforms or self-service infrastructure.
