What you will do

• Build architectures for fault tolerance, reducing median time to respond and detect.
• Integrate observability automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage production incidents, client communication, and draft root cause analysis (RCA) documents.
• Monitor system performance and optimize scaling to ensure business goals meet SLA and SLO metrics.
• Advise application development teams on implementing reliability improvements.
• Implement chaos engineering practices to regularly test and verify system stability.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) of Singapore for security clearance.
• Hands-on experience in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of at least one Public Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, or ELK Stack.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps practices.
