TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and maintain CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines to increase reliability and operational consistency.
  • Support the SaaS delivery team with technical execution for customer onboarding, upgrades, and delivery projects.
  • Develop and improve automation tooling using Linux/Unix proficiency and Python scripting.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure specialists to integrate deployment automation with shared platforms and workflows.
  • Document DevOps tooling, workflows, and operational processes to reduce knowledge dependency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a Linux back-end DevOps role within SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of developing end-to-end workflows from local build and test to production rollout.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
  • Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS-based SaaS environments or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerized build/deployment workflows or blue-green deployment strategies.
  • Background in financial services, market infrastructure, or regulated environments.
