What you will do

• Improve the quality, reliability, and consistency of deployment and operational capabilities for the NMS SaaS service.
• Contribute directly to active customer onboarding, upgrades, and delivery projects.
• Design, develop, and evolve CI/CD, test, and QA automation pipelines to increase coverage.
• Perform manual testing as needed to complement and validate automation improvements.
• Apply Linux/Unix proficiency and scripting skills to build and maintain deployment tooling.
• Document DevOps workflows and operational processes to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.

Requirements

• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in a hands-on Linux back-end DevOps role within SaaS environments.
• Strong experience in building and operating CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and scripting (Python preferred).
• Ability to design an end-to-end development workflow from local builds to production deployment.
• Strong background in service quality improvement and delivery efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS-based SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of containerized build and deployment workflows (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with blue-green deployment strategies or regulated environments.
• Background in financial services or market infrastructure.
• Experience with configuration management tooling.
