What you will do

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the protection market, including competitor offerings and regulatory developments.
• Identify commercial opportunities through data analysis and customer insight to build robust business cases.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional and agile teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Manage the full product lifecycle using established frameworks for ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing and developing protection products such as life, critical illness, or income protection.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK protection market, including regulation and customer considerations.
