What you will do

• Partner with internal and external teams to establish a cohesive user experience across products and service lines.
• Lead design ideation sessions, provide execution plans, and manage design-development hand-offs.
• Create high-fidelity, development-ready design deliverables and maintain structured documentation in Jira and Aha.
• Measure user experience, identify user journeys, and suggest data-driven improvement plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision and execution maps.
• Participate in weekly UX huddles and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product design experience with strong problem-solving and interactive prototyping skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UCD processes that led to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in managing design systems and building products that embody accessibility and brand ethos.
• Proven ability to measure user experience and evaluate user journeys with supportive examples.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to design constraints and foresee risks within the SDLC.
