Site Reliability Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Prague (3x per week in office)

What you will do

• Manage cloud-based products using the SRE approach within a DevOps team.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
• Perform real-time system monitoring and manage the deployment of cloud products.
• Provide technical direction for high-risk changes and ensure compliance with customer SLAs.
• Conduct onboarding tests and prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support in shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar SRE or DevOps role.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Git.
• Proficiency in scripting/development using Bash or Python and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS and core networking concepts.
• Basic experience with Terraform and Helm.
• English: Good command required for communication in an international environment.
• Location: Must be based in Prague for hybrid work (3x per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
• Knowledge of Apache/Webserver and basic database management.
• Experience with public cloud environments, preferably GCP.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
