What you will do
- Provide first-level support for domains, email, hosting, dedicated/virtual servers, and website creation tools.
- Establish trust-based relationships with customers representing the company's values.
- Identify customer needs and advise them on the purchase of new products.
- Follow up on technical assistance requests via email, chat, and telephone.
- Escalate complex queries that cannot be resolved to the second-level support team.
Requirements
- Native or high-level Swiss-German language skills (essential).
- Demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk.
- Impeccable oral and written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly collaborative environment.
- Valid right to work in Spain.
Nice to have
- English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of Italian and French.
- Experience working within the Swiss market.
