Location: Remote (Spain) or Hybrid in Barcelona. Must have existing eligibility to work in Spain; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

What you will do

  • Provide first-level support for domains, email, hosting, dedicated/virtual servers, and website creation tools.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with customers representing the company's values.
  • Identify customer needs and advise them on the purchase of new products.
  • Follow up on technical assistance requests via email, chat, and telephone.
  • Escalate complex queries that cannot be resolved to the second-level support team.

Requirements

  • Native or high-level Swiss-German language skills (essential).
  • Demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Valid right to work in Spain.

Nice to have

  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Italian and French.
  • Experience working within the Swiss market.
