What you will do

• Develop and implement growth-focused backend systems.
• Communicate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive alignment on growth strategy.
• Identify and execute on key growth levers through data-driven experimentation and performance analysis.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of growth systems through performance tuning and system refactoring.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a full lifecycle of backend system development.
• Strong foundation in Core Java, server-side technologies, and Spring frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, Web Services and REST architecture.
• Experience working on backend systems at large internet companies.
• Performance optimization experience with JVM, SQL, RPC, and system-level tuning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI applications and full-stack capabilities including frontend frameworks.
