About the Role

You will monitor trading platform operations, execute client transactions, follow daily procedures and produce reports. You will investigate and respond to client queries promptly, keep up with market news and economic events, troubleshoot and analyze trading system performance, participate in dealing projects, and assist senior dealers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business and Management or relevant field
• 1 year of previous experience in CIF, Bank, or IT sector
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Possession of a CySEC certificate considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A good understanding of programming considered an advantage
• A good understanding of Crypto considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent mathematics skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading platform operations for order reception and transmission
• Execute client transactions
• Follow daily procedures and produce daily reports
• Investigate and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Keep up with daily market news and economic events
• Investigate troubleshoot and analyze trading system performance
• Participate in Dealing Department projects
• Assist senior dealers and key stakeholders in their tasks
