🚀 We are hiring: Financial Manager

We are looking for a Financial Manager who will act as a key liaison between external accounting, finance, and product teams.

This role involves operational financial support for IT products, close cooperation with external accountants, and participation in budgeting and management reporting processes.

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage financial requests in Jira and internal systems
• Monitor balances and provider/operator limits
• Track incoming and outgoing payments
• Support payment processes and reconciliations
• Ensure correct handling of invoices, acts, and financial documents
• Prepare materials for month-end closing
• Collect and consolidate monthly budgets
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain internal financial documentation and guidelines in Confluence

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
• Experience in IT/product companies is a plus
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Jira and basic knowledge of 1C or similar accounting systems
• English level: B1–B2
• Understanding of financial processes in a product IT company

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing basic P&L and Cash Flow statements
