💰 Salary: Up to 10,000 AED + commissions

A fast-growing FinTech backed by a leading investment group is looking for a driven Relationship Officer to grow SME lending business across the UAE.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Acquire and manage SME clients for business loans & receivables financing
• Drive lead generation, sales closure & onboarding
• Build long-term relationships using strong local SME networks
• Work closely with internal teams to scale market presence

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of banking / SME lending experience
• Proven sales & relationship management skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication & negotiation abilities
• FinTech / digital lending exposure is a plus
• Arabic is an advantage
