What you will do

• Develop and manage client relationships through portfolio reviews, proactive communications, and feedback solicitation to drive portfolio growth.
• Support new product development based on customer feedback and introduce innovative offerings.
• Analyze client portfolios and products to identify sales opportunities, provide advice, and execute cross-sell/upsell strategies.
• Deliver financial targets through day-to-day activities and sales planning.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
• Understanding of wealth management products and services.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and numeracy skills.
