What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates within the DTC fulfillment operation.
• Manage daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of consumer orders.
• Leverage WMS and reporting tools to plan staffing and monitor real-time order flow.
• Drive performance metrics including order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, and on-time shipment.
• Partner with leadership to address employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to support scalability and DTC growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency with WMS and order management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred.
