What you will do

• Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing across Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain BAU test strategies, plans, and execution schedules aligned with release timelines.
• Log, track, and manage testing work and defects using Digital.ai.
• Triage issues, document reproduction steps, and partner with analysts on resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance to business testers.
• Build and maintain reusable test scripts and regression packs to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience with hands-on testing in Workday HCM.
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on Test Lead.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration dependencies, and integration touchpoints.
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Proficiency with Digital.ai or similar tracking tools.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Workday semi-annual release cycles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or ServiceNow.
• Experience working in regulated environments like financial services.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale organizational changes or acquisitions.
