Triage Analyst I (Automotive)

Salary: $33.48 - $50.22 / hour USD

What you will do

• Manage the delivery and performance of Fleet Watch operational processes, including ticketing standards and escalation paths.
• Lead complex and high-severity incidents end-to-end, coordinating between internal teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Handle external-facing communication and reporting, including mission status and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Establish and track performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and alert health.
• Mentor team members and define training plans and readiness standards for new workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or Associate's with 2 years experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years experience).
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and execute analytical skills to assess issue cause and severity.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for cross-functional engineering collaboration.
• Willingness to adapt to process changes and an interest in ADAS development.
• Must be able to work afternoon/night shifts and rotating Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience using data visualization software such as Looker or Superset.
• Background in software, IT, or STEM operational environments.
• Experience with technical writing.
