Location: Must be based in the US (preferred markets: Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX). Role is 3-day hybrid.

What you will do

• Provide technical operational support for the APS platform and Bravura Password Manager.
• Configure and maintain integrations with enterprise systems like Active Directory, Oracle, and mainframes.
• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Perform environment validation and health checks across DEV, QA, and PROD.
• Collaborate with IAM architects and software engineers to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as a platform subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience with Password or Credential Management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and LDAP.
• Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bravura Security IDM suite.
• 1-2 years of software development experience.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience in regulated industries (Finance or Healthcare/HIPAA).
