What you will do

• Analyze gaming category trends and attributes to inform strategic decision-making for the Product team.
• Optimize return-to-player (RTP) settings and jackpot deployments to enhance player engagement and business success.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor reviews and post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to improve future deployment strategies.
• Generate detailed reports on key business drivers such as average bet, occupancy, and venue-specific floor performance.
• Develop data-backed business cases to support the overarching gaming procurement and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a product or data analysis role.
• Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and market trends.
