What you will do

• Own the design process from concept to execution, creating engaging and intuitive interfaces.
• Translate customer needs into functional design specifications for development.
• Utilize the ShadCN design library to assemble and maintain design elements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to conduct user research and prototype new experiences.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, and mockups for screens and flows.
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
• Strategic approach to design focusing on usability, accessibility, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Proficient copywriting skills in English.
