• Lead the Powertrain and Charging NA project management team and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and analyze resources, budgets, and deviations in alignment with Top Management.
• Oversee project timing activities and implement "get well" plans for at-risk milestones.
• Act as the primary focal point for commercial discussions and negotiations for assigned customer accounts.
• Drive global knowledge transfer of project management best practices.
• Perform competitive landscape analysis using market intelligence and competitor requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a related technical field.
• Deep understanding of automotive industry project management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading teams from acquisition through to production.
