What you will do

• Design and build systems supporting real-time AI-powered customer interactions.
• Develop features combining LLMs, data systems, and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and ML teams to ship production-ready solutions.
• Build systems for evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI behavior.
• Optimize for low latency, high throughput, and reliability at scale.
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end from identification to shipping.

Requirements

• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Interest in building user-facing products, backend systems, or data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with modern web development, APIs, or system design fundamentals.
• Curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, or production AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a bias toward action.
• Must be based in or able to work from Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-powered developer tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proficiency in agentic coding workflows.
