hirify.global is building an agentic internal developer portal (IDP) that uses AI agents to automate deployments, performance, incidents, and bugs.

What you will do

• Deliver a single end-to-end project for production use by customers.
• Improve the close-loop optimization harness, focusing on MCP, tool use, memory, and retry logic.
• Create agent-first product experiences across API, CLI, and Markdown interfaces.
• Design schemas and event flows to power a real-time personalized engineering portal.
• Collaborate directly with founders on customer support, bug squashing, and user interviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Bay Area for daily onsite collaboration.
• US citizen or valid US visa holder.
• Proven track record of autonomy and 0-to-1 building.
• Ability to provide a link to at least one public GitHub project built end-to-end.
• Available for the full duration: June 19 - August 21, 2026.
• Willingness to work six days per week.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with codegen tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience building products that have been used by real people.
