What you will do

• Manage and mentor the Product Analysts team, supporting their professional growth and fostering a creative environment.
• Plan and manage the A/B testing roadmap, methodology, and execution.
• Establish and validate complex statistical models and segmentations to improve product decision-making.
• Consistently monitor product KPIs and lead data-driven meetings with stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with Data Science, BI, Data Engineering, and Finance departments to optimize performance.
• Analyze massive data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical analytics experience in big data environments, gaming, e-commerce, or telecom.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a team or group manager.
• Strong SQL expertise and a solid understanding of big-data environments.
• BA in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or an equivalent academic background.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas (Onsite).
• Fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R.
