Strategy & Operations Intern — Office of the General Manager, Small Business (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support the GM in defining quarterly and annual strategic priorities and OKRs.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to inform major decisions.
• Track key KPIs, surface performance insights, and maintain business dashboards.
• Lead or co-own cross-functional projects from scoping to execution, such as cost savings and AI pilots.
• Build executive-ready written memos and materials for leadership meetings.
• Contribute to forecasting, workforce planning, and weekly business reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong project management instincts and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-site from the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or BI tools.
• Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, finance, or high-growth startups.
