Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Build, test, and ship high-quality software features for production systems.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to AI-powered product experiences and agentic workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and operational improvements.
• Take ownership of projects that impact customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–1 year of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Go, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Lehi, Utah 5 days a week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Track record of building projects outside the classroom or contributing to open source.
